Connection:
Both were 'corrupted,' Cole by doing bad things turn into Evil Karma Cole, and Hale by the chimera virus turn into an infected. Both absorb the power of the final boss in their games, Cole absorb Beast powers and Hale absorb Daedalus powers. Both only appear in two canon games, Cole in InFamous 1 and 2, and Hale in Resitance Fall of Man and 2. Both appear in Uncharted 2 as a multiplayer skin. Both have 'something' special in their organisms, Cole have the 'Conduit gene,' and with Hale's blood his doctor made an antidote to chimera virus. Both have the same haircut.

I could have mentioned the pararells between the conduit gene and the chimeran virus, as well as betweern
the Chimeras and the Corrupted. Not to mention that Hale gets chimeran powers and Cole gets the power to summon a Corrupted (Spiker)
